What is Hedgora?

Hedgora is a public confidential bidding marketplace on Arc Testnet. A buyer publishes a tender that any wallet can bid on, but every bid amount stays sealed until the submission deadline — not even the buyer can read it.

Prices are hidden with cryptography rather than by the website: bidders post only a hash of their offer (commit), and open it after the deadline (reveal). Proposals are encrypted in the bidder's browser before upload. The smart contract enforces every deadline using block time.

What can you do on Hedgora?

Publish a tender

Post a title, scope, category, eligibility notes, evaluation criteria, a public budget range, deadlines and an optional bid bond.

Submit a sealed bid

Enter your price and attach a proposal. Only a commitment hash goes on-chain; the proposal is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it is uploaded.

Reveal

After the submission deadline, open your bid. The contract checks it matches the hash you committed.

Evaluate & award

Once the reveal window closes, the buyer compares revealed bids, decrypts proposals and awards one revealed bidder with a public justification.

Verify

Anyone can open the results page and recompute every revealed bid's commitment in the browser.

Supported assets

USDC

Budgets and bid amounts are USDC with 6 decimals. Bid bonds are paid in native USDC, Arc's gas token, which has 18 decimals — it is the same balance, shown in the app as a single USDC figure.
